It would have been great if they had any of the parts that I needed in stock. After waiting for 4 hours in the waiting area, I think they would have known if they didn’t have a rear window blade or a light bulb for one of my front lights. Now I need to make another appointment to take care of those issues, along with others. I’m elderly and have medical issues and I’m frustrated that you no longer have loaner cars and I don’t know if I need to wait all day in your waiting area. I have a few more issues to have looked at and I know, for one, I need to leave my car. Thanks for listening. FYI, the staff tried hard to smile and assure me they where very sorry, when they give me all the updates on my vehicle. You may call me @ 443-743-2137.
