Confirmed Service Customer
As there was no service manager I went to general manger Chris of Auto Nation to tell him about the total decline of the service department.. It was totally obvious that he was not interested in any problems or deficiencies with the service department nor did he want to hear any suggestions to help with an immediate problem. I have brought 3 cars for service there and 2 of which I bought at Auto Nation and after dealing with Chris I will no longer go there. Morale of the staff is extremely negative. They don't have a service manager to go to and they are short of help. I don't blame them for negative attitude as I would not want to go to Chris either. I'm sure there are other dealerships that will appreciate my business. My present car is a 2017 Acadia and will need to be traded in soon.
