I had an appointment on 09/07/24, I explained to the advisor on that Saturday the reason for my visit, which was a battery check and my brakes to be checked, at which time explain to him that my battery was giving me problems had to have my car jumped several times and my brake light came on. I was told nothing was wrong and that my car was ok. Car almost wouldn't start and check engine light came on the morning of 10/17/24. I called autonation that morning at which time I was informed to bring my car in and get a battery. Once there explained to a service advisor what my problems, were. They were able to get me in that morning and find out what issues were going on and able to be fixed the same day. I appreciate all the help on this day, that I did not receive on 09/07/24. Because if I had received the appropriate assistance on that day I may have not had to have issues prolonged on my car.
