My experience with Oscar was fantastic. However, when I inquired to another agent about the wait time after waiting for 2 hours, he was extremely rude and said, “Am I supposed to know about your car?” He is the agent who kinda looks like HellBoy and he was rude for no reason besides me asking a question.
