Confirmed Service Customer
First I owe a sincere apology for losing control to the women who answered, she did not deserve that. Second my car was towed in Thursday afternoon with a flat tire, a flat tire. He scheduled my service appointment for Monday . The women who contacted me Friday morning to let me know she would be bringing my car in once the techs came in. I called all afternoon and left message after message, NO ONE answered or called back. She finally called back to let me know my car would not be done. That is when I threw a fit, again she did not deserve and had every right to hang up on me twice. General manager not long after reach out to let me know my car when ready. Went to pay, asked about my extended warranty, they had no idea which is crazy. My car was parked out front and was moved then when the tire was replaced. I paid, got in my car pulled a couple of feet and heard an awful thumping. Walked back in, the service guy rode with me, was amazed and had me pull right into the bay. The service guy found something, not completely sure what was missing and left off my tire but I do believe it was important and whoever drove my car into the spot HEARD THE NOISE. If it was just your service I would have given 0-1 star but because of my response to the original person I'll give you a 3 star.
