I recently visited AutoNation Chevrolet of Laurel on March 19, 2025, for routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and a safety recall. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by “Oscar “ my favorite service advisor. Oscar recently left the company but came back home where he belonged. His customer service skills, friendliest and knowledgeable made the process smooth. The service department handled my vehicle quickly and professionally without any unexpected delays. The waiting area was [comfortable with good amenities and necessities like Wi-Fi and refreshments. Overall, my experience at AutoNation Chevrolet of Laurel was positive.
