I understand your team recently went through a somewhat catastrophic experience with the outage Autonation faced along with so many other businesses across the country. With that being said, I think the notification of the issue and all around communication from your service dept could have been better. I know your service dept is low staffed and that could be the reason for my last experience but Autonation should be able to communicate better. I was left in the dark on the service already completed on my vehicle for a couple days before I called to get the ball rolling after several attempts. I think the connection between Autonation and the Autonation Wheel and Tire Warranty department is horrible and could be so much better. There is a void there that needs attending to. But even with that being said I do understand customer service is tough and I know it's not an easy job but your team's communication across departments and directly with your customers could be sooo better. I am a fan of Chevrolet and will always be. Im still a loyal customer but things could definitely be improved as far as service goes.
